Million Dollar Spaghetti is a hearty, cheesy, and creamy baked pasta casserole that combines the best of spaghetti and lasagna into one crowd-pleasing dish.

- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter (for greasing the baking dish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta cheese until well blended.
- Place half of the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pasta.
- Add the remaining spaghetti on top of the cheese layer.
- Pour the meat sauce evenly over the top layer of spaghetti.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey or Italian sausage instead of beef.
- Use gluten-free pasta to make this dish gluten-free.
- This dish freezes well and can be made ahead of time.
