- 5 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, bell pepper, olives, green onions, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread a generous layer of the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Unwrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Drain salsa well to prevent soggy tortillas.
- Make a day ahead and refrigerate until ready to slice and serve.
- Customize with cooked shredded chicken or jalapeños for added protein or heat.
