Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through; remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes; stir to combine.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- For a thicker sauce, let it simmer a bit longer before adding the chicken back.
