Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook them in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
