- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon or brush the maple mustard glaze generously over each piece of salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

- You can marinate the salmon in the glaze for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- This dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or wild rice.
- Use skinless salmon if preferred, though skin-on helps retain moisture.
