Description

A delicious and comforting Mac ‘n’ Cheese Burger Wrap combining creamy macaroni and cheese with seasoned ground beef, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and grilled to crispy perfection.

Ingredients

Scale

Beef Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Wrap Filling

  • 2 cups prepared macaroni and cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pickles or caramelized onions (optional)

Wrap & Cooking

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: Slightly warm the tortillas to make them pliable and easier to fold without tearing.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay each warmed tortilla flat. Place about ½ cup of prepared macaroni and cheese in the center, then top with a scoop of the cooked beef, a handful of shredded cheddar cheese, and your choice of optional pickles or caramelized onions. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
  4. Grill the Wraps: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and serve warm, enjoying the melty cheesy, savory filling inside a crispy wrap.

Notes

  • You can use leftover macaroni and cheese or boxed varieties for convenience.
  • Add cooked bacon or hot sauce to the filling for extra flavor.
  • These wraps can be prepared ahead of time and reheated in a pan or air fryer.
