Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil if desired and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake according to package instructions, usually 25–30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon evenly over the tots.
