Description

Loaded Nachos Supreme are a hearty and flavorful snack or appetizer featuring layers of crispy tortilla chips topped with seasoned beef, melty cheese, beans, and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz) tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Warm refried beans in a small saucepan or microwave until spreadable.
  5. Spread half of the tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
  6. Top with half the refried beans, seasoned beef, and both cheeses.
  7. Repeat with the remaining chips, beans, beef, and cheese to create layers.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, olives, green onions, and jalapeños.
  10. Drizzle with sour cream and dollops of guacamole before serving.
