- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus more for coating)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the lemon extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, and pinch of salt to the cream cheese. Mix until combined.
- Pour in the melted white chocolate and beat until smooth and well incorporated.
- Add the powdered sugar and mix until a soft dough forms. Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
- Once chilled, scoop and roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop.
- Roll each truffle in additional powdered sugar for coating.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set before serving.
