- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place the cod fillets in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the lemon butter mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.

- Use fresh cod for best flavor, but thawed frozen fillets work well too.
