- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the fillets.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the fillets.
- Top each fillet with a few lemon slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
