- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each one.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Unwrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, use pickled jalapeños or reduce the amount used.
- These can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
