Description

Jalapeño Popper Cream Cheese Pinwheels are a spicy, creamy, and cheesy appetizer rolled in tortillas and sliced into bite-sized pieces—perfect for parties, game days, or snacks on the go.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each one.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Unwrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve cold or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For a milder flavor, use pickled jalapeños or reduce the amount used.
  • These can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with ranch or salsa for dipping.
