Description

A creamy and tangy dip with a kick of heat from jalapeños and the fresh flavor of dill. Perfect for parties, game nights, or as a flavorful snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add chopped dill, jalapeños, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your desired spice level.
  • Fresh dill is recommended, but dried dill can be used in a pinch (use 1 tablespoon dried dill).
