- 1/2 cup provolone cheese, cubed

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepperoncini, black olives, salami, provolone cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10-15 minutes before serving.
