  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepperoncini, black olives, salami, provolone cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
