- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ribeye or tenderloin for an even more tender bite.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing steak to ensure a good crust.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
