Description

Crispy and flavorful Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are a spicy twist on a classic appetizer, filled with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese, then air fried to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Lightly spray the egg rolls with olive oil spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Adjust the buffalo sauce quantity to your heat preference.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the air fryer.
