- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the egg rolls with olive oil spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Adjust the buffalo sauce quantity to your heat preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the air fryer.
