- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed cookies or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Place 6 ice cream sandwiches side by side in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Spread half of the whipped topping evenly over the sandwiches.
- Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the whipped topping.
- Repeat with the remaining 6 ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and sauces.
- Sprinkle the top with mini chocolate chips and optional crushed cookies or sprinkles.
- Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve cold.
