Description

A rich and creamy hot chocolate dip that’s perfect for dipping fruits, cookies, or marshmallows. This dessert dip is quick to prepare and a delightful treat for cold days or festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Mini marshmallows, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
  2. Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture on high speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and continue to mix until well incorporated and fluffy.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with mini marshmallows if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with dippables like strawberries, graham crackers, cookies, or pretzels.

Notes

  • For a sweeter dip, increase the powdered sugar to 3/4 cup.
