Honey Mustard Salmon is a flavorful and healthy dish featuring salmon fillets glazed with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, then baked to perfection.

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the honey mustard mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best flavor, but thawed frozen salmon works too.
- You can add a pinch of chili flakes to the sauce for a spicy kick.
- This dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or a green salad.
