- 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 cups mixed salad greens

- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta (optional)

Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine hot sauce, honey, and butter. Stir until butter is melted and sauce is smooth. Set aside.
