Description

A flavorful and juicy chicken dish glazed with a sweet and tangy honey BBQ sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with the honey BBQ mixture.
  4. Grill or bake chicken for 25-30 minutes, flipping once and basting with sauce halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
