Description

A creamy, tangy, and flavorful homemade tartar sauce perfect for seafood dishes, made with simple pantry ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped capers
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped pickles, and capers.
  2. Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce.
