- 1 cup cooked ham, diced

- 4 large eggs
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced ham, and chopped green onions over the hash browns.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
