- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
- 1–2 tsp beetroot powder (for natural pink color)
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Ensure they are completely dry before dipping.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in beetroot powder gradually until the desired pink color is achieved.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the pink chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
- Beetroot powder adds a natural color without affecting the taste significantly.
- Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
- Ensure strawberries are completely dry to help chocolate adhere properly.
