Description

A healthy, high-protein version of the classic buffalo chicken dip made with Greek yogurt and lean chicken, perfect for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired and serve warm with veggies or whole-grain crackers.
