- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired and serve warm with veggies or whole-grain crackers.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to taste based on spice preference.
- Can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
