Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to form a marinade.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the harissa marinade.
- Let marinate for 10–15 minutes if time allows.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
