- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices of deli ham
- 12 slices of Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them in one piece.
- Layer the bottom half of the rolls with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese for each roll.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top, forming a sandwich.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the assembled sliders.
- Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to use any type of cheese you prefer.
- For a spicier version, add a bit of hot sauce to the butter mixture.
- If you prefer, you can prepare the sliders ahead of time and refrigerate them until ready to bake.
