- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and thyme.
- Brush pork chops with olive oil on both sides.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly onto both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side without moving.
- Flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

- Marinate the pork chops in olive oil and seasoning for a few hours for extra flavor.
