- 8 lamb chops
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer depending on desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
