Description

Juicy and flavorful grilled lamb chops marinated with herbs and spices, perfect for a summer BBQ or elegant dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer depending on desired doneness.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
