- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fruits and spinach.
- Add the green apple, spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
