Description

Greek Veggie Pizza Squares are a flavorful, Mediterranean-inspired appetizer or light meal made with a crispy crust, creamy spread, and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and press into a 9×13-inch baking pan to form a crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  4. Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  5. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
