Main Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Cooking:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
To Serve:
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, lettuce, tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Burger Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese, red onion, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Assemble the Burgers: Toast the burger buns if desired. Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite Greek-inspired toppings such as cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and a dollop of tzatziki sauce.

- These burgers can also be grilled over medium heat.
