Description

A refreshing and creamy grape salad made with sweet grapes, a rich cream cheese dressing, and topped with crunchy pecans and brown sugar.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs seedless green grapes
  • 2 lbs seedless red grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Remove from stems and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold the grapes into the cream cheese mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar evenly over the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Use a mix of green and red grapes for a visually appealing dish.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter option.
  • Toast the pecans for extra flavor.
