- 2 lbs seedless green grapes
- 2 lbs seedless red grapes
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Remove from stems and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the grapes into the cream cheese mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or bowl.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
