- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the melted butter, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle any remaining butter over the chicken.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
