- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

- 2 cups chicken broth

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Simmer for another 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
