Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender, juicy pieces of steak seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. A quick and flavorful dish perfect as an appetizer or main course.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak pieces dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak pieces in a single layer (do in batches if needed) and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet.
  6. Once the butter has melted, add minced garlic and thyme, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
