- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water
- 1/4 cup white rum (optional)

Instructions
- In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar until well combined and juicy.
- If using, add the white rum and mix well.
- Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
- Strain the muddled mixture into the glass.
- Top with club soda or sparkling water.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves or a watermelon wedge if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

- For a non-alcoholic version, simply skip the rum.
