- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and Fireball whisky until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and chopped apples.
- Add ground cinnamon if desired, and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to firm up.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a stronger cinnamon flavor, increase the amount of Fireball whisky slightly.
- Use a tart apple like Granny Smith for a nice contrast in flavor.
