- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer using a spatula.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the flatbread is firm and slightly golden around the edges.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into desired shapes.
- Serve as a wrap, base for pizza, or enjoy it on its own.
