Description

A quick and simple recipe for creamy, sweet vanilla fudge that requires only a few ingredients and minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  7. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
