- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce to the pot.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring the soup to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes to blend flavors.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
