Description

Easy Roasted Crispy Chickpeas are a healthy, crunchy snack made with just a few simple ingredients. They’re perfect on their own or as a salad topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat them dry thoroughly using paper towels.
  3. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 30–40 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes until crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and toss immediately with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  5. Let them cool slightly before serving. They will continue to crisp as they cool.

  • Ensure chickpeas are completely dry for maximum crispiness.
