- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top evenly with shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
