Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Optional: add jalapeño for a spicy kick.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for enhanced flavor.
