Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare it for roasting the potatoes evenly and to a crisp golden finish.
- Coat the potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until they are evenly coated, ensuring they crisp nicely during roasting.
- Add seasonings: Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper over the oiled potatoes. Toss again thoroughly so the seasoning is distributed on all pieces.
- Arrange on baking sheet: Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil to prevent sticking and to aid in easy cleanup.
