This easy fudgy Oreo brownie recipe combines rich, chocolatey brownies with chunks of Oreo cookies for a decadent dessert that’s quick to prepare and irresistibly delicious.

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Oreo cookies, reserving a few for topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining Oreo pieces, gently pressing them into the batter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake and let them set while cooling.
- Use double-stuffed Oreos for a richer texture.
- Brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
