Description

Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides, then cut into wedges.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over tortilla wedges.
  4. Arrange wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool slightly.
  5. Arrange tortilla chips on a serving platter.
  6. Top with chopped strawberries and banana slices.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and caramel sauce if using.
