- 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup sliced bananas
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides, then cut into wedges.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over tortilla wedges.
- Arrange wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool slightly.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a serving platter.
- Top with chopped strawberries and banana slices.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and caramel sauce if using.
- Add dollops of whipped cream and finish with sprinkles.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
