- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted)
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup banana slices
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tortillas into triangle wedges.
- Brush both sides of the tortilla wedges with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle over both sides of the tortilla pieces.
- Place tortilla pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool.
- Arrange the baked chips on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Top with chopped strawberries and banana slices.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Serve immediately.

- You can use store-bought cinnamon sugar chips to save time.
