- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for an even quicker prep.
- Add a dash of hot sauce for a spicier kick.
- These roll ups can be frozen and reheated later.
