Description

These Easy Chicken Roll Ups are a quick and delicious meal made with tender shredded chicken, cream cheese, and crescent rolls. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for an even quicker prep.
  • Add a dash of hot sauce for a spicier kick.
  • These roll ups can be frozen and reheated later.
