Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add in the cooked egg noodles, chicken, and frozen peas and carrots. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
